Who we are
Reiki Community Health & Wellbeing began as a collaborative of practitioners committed to serving our communities.
We have worked in Maine since 2013, paused for the pandemic, and began again in 2022. Over the years, we have given thousands of paid and volunteer Reiki treatments to people suffering chronic pain, people in recovery, shelter rescue animals, and elders.
What is Reiki?
Reiki practitioners give gentle touch that helps you feel better. It calms and deeply relaxes you, often improving your ability to heal.
You can receive Reiki treatment in many settings, from a private practice to medical facilities. You do not need to have spiritual or religious beliefs to benefit from it. It is supportive of, not a replacement for, your regular healthcare.
